Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to assist with easy returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please carefully read our policy. For certain specialty or custom products, specific return conditions may apply and will be outlined on the respective product page.


Returns for Refund

You can return items for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • Original tags must be attached

  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a request.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

Important: Before sending the item back, you must contact us for approval. Any returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund process will be as follows:

  1. Contact us to request a return. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) if approved

  2. Send the item back to the address provided (customer covers return shipping)

  3. We will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets all return conditions

  4. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.

Refunds may be denied or delayed if:

  • The item does not meet return conditions

  • The return is initiated after the 30-day window


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size, color, or the same item, subject to availability.

Exchange process:

  1. Contact us to request an exchange and confirm availability

  2. Send the original item back (customer covers return shipping)

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement

Important: Exchanges will not be processed until the returned item has been received and approved.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The damaged or incorrect item

  • The original packaging and shipping label

Do not return the item until we have confirmed the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Unauthorized Returns / Change of Mind

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

  • We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
